日本の公立小学校で約5年、オーストラリアの公立小中高校で約9年働いたのち、
オーストラリア教員の休職制度を利用して家族で世界中を旅し、
現在は日本鹿児島県に住み、教員向けのカウンセリングや
女性のビジネスと子どもの教育などをオンラインでコンサルティング中。
日本で教員をした後にオーストラリアで教員として働くと
オーストラリアの教員の制度やあり方にびっくり、目から鱗の連続でした。
教員が休んだら代替教員が必ず派遣される、
学校として決まっている子どもの問題行動の対応方法など、
