英語は言語です。日本語が才能がない人が話せないのか？
そうじゃないですよね。日常のツールとして皆話している。もちろん難しい単語を知らなくて（私もですが）新聞読んでいて、この漢字なんと読むんだろう？って言葉もありますが日本語話せます笑。
英語も同じ。センスは関係ありません。

それは取得するスピードは早い段階で来ていればそれだけ早いと思います。
20歳で留学をしにきたAさん
「英語なんてそのうちオーストラリアにいれば自然と話せるようになるでしょ」と学校も行かないで、英語が話せないから仕事先は日本食レストラン。そうなると外国人のお友達もなかなかできず、気がついたら日本人コミュニティにどっぷり使ってしまっていた・・・そういう方は1年いても英語を話せないまま留学終わってしまうのです。それに比べて会社をやめて一念発起。
31歳で留学決意してきたBさん
絶対に留学後ステップアップしたい！そう思ったBさんは最初から自分で積極的に英語環境を作り、壁にぶつかりながらも英語で果敢にチャレンジ。学校もこだわって選んでコツコツインプット、アウトプット頑張った。そんなBさんは英語ほとんどゼロの状態から半年後には上級クラスに。毎日英語もどんどん話すのでそれだけ上達もしていく。

英語は自然には10歳すぎると残念ながら身にはつきません。だから努力は必要。それぞれ年齢関係なく伸び方には違いがあります。英語は貯金と同じ。
コツコツやり続けた方が最後は勝つのです。諦めずにコツコツ。
