いわゆる、私が独断と偏見で選んだ生徒さんメンバーと定期的に飲みに行ったりしてるんですが、これに参加してくれた子たちはかなりユニークなバックグラウンドや独自の生活を今オーストラリアで送ってる人たちなのでそこをひとりひとり選んで会員紹介的なブログを書いていけたらと思いスタートしました。
もともと日本でH&Mで働かれていたのでシドニーでもぜひH&Mで働いてみたい！

ワーキングホリデーで滞在中のひかりちゃん。
もともと日本でH&Mで働かれていたのでシドニーでもぜひH&Mで働いてみたい！
と最初の目標として言われてました。
最初に英語をまず学ぶため、ビーチ近くのシドニーの人気エリアボンダイジャンクションにあるSELCで勉強をされました！
SELCはビーチを好むヨーロッパ人にとても人気の学校。ベテランの先生と開放感あるキャンパス、バリスタトレーニングコースもある人気校です。
学校と並行してお仕事探しスタート。
オーストラリアでは日系以外のお仕事は基本的に自分で履歴書を持っていき、仕事をしたい！と雇うのが基本。ひかりちゃんも学んだ英語力を使いながら仕事探しをし見事H&Mに仕事が決まりました。

オーストラリアでは比較的に経験者を優先される気がするので、日本で働いてて良かったなとは本当に思います。
私も実際英語は全然喋れないですが、仕事内容はほぼ一緒なのでなんとかやれてます笑
日本でユニクロとかスタバで働いてる経験があったら採用されたってゆう友達もいますし。ローカルジョブの良いところでもありますが、日本人がゼロの環境で言語の壁や
上手くコミュニケーションが取れなくて毎日落ち込むこともあります。
でもこんな環境で働ける経験ってないと思うので、楽しむのが一番かなと！笑
ワーホリきて良かったなと思うのは英語力や人との出会いはもちろんですが、
全部自分で判断して行動しなきゃいけないので成長にも繋がりますし、一番は日本の良さにさらに気づく事ができたことです！
